Case study
Customer zero: running our own studio on Noverionex
This is an internal deployment, not a client win. We publish it because it is the deployment we have the most honest data about.

The situation
A small web studio with leads arriving from a contact form, a directory listing, and referrals — tracked across a spreadsheet, an inbox, and memory. Client WordPress sites maintained without continuous monitoring. The failure mode was predictable: leads going cold because nobody followed up on day four, and site issues discovered by the client rather than by us.
What we did
Moved the lead pipeline into Noverionex CRM. Automated follow-up over email and SMS. Moved brand assets and client approvals into Brand Kit. Deployed Warden across the maintained portfolio with Security Center as the single view.
What we learned
Follow-up only stopped failing when it left the spreadsheet and the shared inbox. Once leads sat in the CRM pipeline with automated email and SMS, day-four silence stopped being the default failure mode — that was the first behavior that actually changed.
Brand Kit and tickets fixed a quieter problem: assets and client requests stopped living in threads nobody owned. Approvals and SLAs made the work visible instead of tribal knowledge.
Warden changed the direction information travels. Continuous monitoring across the maintained WordPress portfolio surfaces login attacks, probes, and plugin drift in Security Center on a 24/7 basis — so site issues show up for us before a client call does. That is how we run production, not a demo dataset.
We are not publishing invented conversion percentages. This has been daily production use on our own studio, and it is where the bugs get found first.
Why we are telling you this
Every agency evaluating this is asking whether the person who built it actually uses it. We do, daily. It is where the bugs get found first.
