I'm Frank, founder of Noverionex LLC.

Before this I spent twelve years in cybersecurity, digital forensics, and cybercrime investigation with Florida state law enforcement, including time with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement — OSINT, threat intelligence, network intrusion investigation, and forensic casework.

I also run a small web design studio under the same company. That is the origin of both products: I needed a CRM that fit an agency instead of an enterprise sales team, and I needed to stop finding out about compromised client sites from the client.

Everything here is built and maintained by me. You get direct access to the person who wrote the code, and you get an honest answer about what the product does not do yet.

Noverionex CRM launched as Lead Forge in 2024 and was rebranded under Noverionex LLC in 2026 as the product line consolidated. Same product, same codebase, one name.

You will still see leadforge in a sign-in URL and in license key prefixes. That is deliberate — renaming them would break existing billing records and bookmarks for no benefit.
